This past June, Mr. Shy gave a special performance filmed by director Lucy Kostelanetz, performing songs from his album Super Star on piano and featuring guest Jahn Bonfiglio on guitar, for her upcoming documentary We Don't Wanna Make You Dance.
The documentary chronicles the life of four musicians growing up in New York City, following them through the years from childhood to present day. The release of We Don't Wanna Make You Dance is due out in 2009.
